Treats

These sweet and sticky balls are made with roasted almonds, cacao powder, ceylon cinnamon, dates, banana, maple syrup, vanilla beans, sea salt, freeze dried blueberries and my homemade cacao chocolate (cacao paste, cacao butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt). These were incredibly easy to make: roast almonds, combine ingredients in food processor, chop chocolate and stir into cacao/almond/date mixture. Recipe coming soon!

How to mix your own Four Sigmatic mushroom coffee!

I love Four Sigmatic products. They have mushroom/adaptogen coffee bean blends that are amazing and mushroom/adaptogen mixtures that can be added to coffee, nut milks, smoothies and cacao treats. All of their products are third party tested, ensuring quality.

Four Sigmatic Mushroom Coffee:

  • 1 cup coffee beans of choice (I love Canyon Coffee!).
  • 2-4 packets of Four Sigmatic mushroom and adaptogen mixtures (I used lions mane and chaga, this time)
    Grind coffee beans.
Stir in mushroom and adaptogen mixture(s).
Brew coffee as you normally would. Today, I used my stainless steel bialetti (one of my favorite ways to brew coffee).
    Enjoy!

Check out my cold vanilla latte you can use making above mushroom coffee. Today, I made a slushy vanilla bean latte (recipe coming next week!).
