Coffees

Two vanilla bean maple coconut cream coffees: one with almond milk and one with dairy milk!

I brewed Purity Coffee in my French press.

I combined coconut cream (the top creamy part in a can of full fat coconut milk), maple syrup, vanilla bean and a pinch of sea salt using a handheld frother.

I poured coffee in the mugs, added the coconut cream and topped with frothed milk!

I swirled the cream on the top of my coffee, but I think mixing the cream with coffee first and then adding milk is better!

Coffees and Tonic

Marshmallow mocha made with Purity Coffee and chocolate almond milk (water, almonds, cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla and sea salt) and topped with homemade marshmallows (water, gelatin, sugar, maple syrup and egg whites)!

Marshmallow latte made with Purity Coffee, milk and homemade marshmallows!

Tonic made with ginger, cranberries, orange juice and honey. I blended a chunk of ginger with cranberries, water and a freshly squeezed orange. I strained the mixture and re blended it with honey. This tonic is yum and I served my first glass warm!

Coffees and Tea

Hot mocha! I brewed coffee in a French press and poured in chocolate almond milk (water, almond butter, cacao powder, vanilla and sea salt).

Pumpkin Spice Mocha Coffee! I made some pumpkin spice syrup (pumpkin, water, coconut sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and cloves) and added it to French press brewed coffee. I topped it with frothed chocolate almond milk (water, almond butter, cacao powder, vanilla and sea salt).
