Vegan Pesto

This pesto is delicious and packed with nutrient dense plant-based ingredients!

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 small-medium garlic clove

2 TB nut or seed butter

a very large pinch of sea salt

2 tsp nutritional yeast

2 tsp lemon juice

1 large handful of greens

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

  1. Add the ingredients to your Vitamix (or another high powered blender of your choice) and blend until chunky or smooth. Season to taste with sea salt.

*please use organic ingredients, if possible.
