1-2 tsp Your Super powders. I used 1 tsp moon balance and 1 tsp forever beautiful*.
Juice and optional zest of half a lemon
Add powder(s) and lemon to a jar filled with the water. Shake well and add ice. Enjoy!
*The forever beautiful mixture has chia seeds in it. If you want your superfood water to be smooth, use moon balance and or energy bomb instead of forever beautiful.
Add maple syrup, chia seeds, flax seeds and vanilla to a small bowl or liquid measuring cup. Stir to combine and let sit while you toast the oats and nuts.
Toast oats in a pan over medium low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add walnuts and toast until the nuts are fragrant.
Add oats and nuts to the food processor and pulse into a rough flour. Add salt and collagen and pulse to combine thoroughly. Add Your Super chocolate lover and pulse to combine. Add the syrup, chia and flax mixture to the food processor and turn on until completely combined and the dough starts to pull away from the sides. The dough should easily come together to form balls (if it doesn’t, it needs more time in the processor).
Form the dough into balls and chill in the freezer for 4 hours. Store in the refrigerator or freezer. Enjoy!

Greens, rice, leftover tuna and pumpkin seeds. All tossed with sea salt, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Yum!
Have all ingredients at room temperature. Preheat oven to 350.
Cream cashew butter with a large wooden spoon or spatula until smooth. Add maple syrup and cream together. Add egg yolk, vanilla and sea salt and cream until well combined. Stir in pancake mix.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Remove from the refrigerator and use a portion scoop or your hands and a spoon to form the cookies. Place the cookies on a parchment or Silpat lined baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes (if you make your cookies larger than mine, they will need more baking time). Remove from the oven and let sit on the baking sheet for 10 minutes. Remove to a plate/serving tray and enjoy!
optional: shredded coconut or toasted nuts or seeds
Optional: place coconut, nuts or seeds in a silicone mold or on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Melt coconut oil in a saucepan over very low heat. Once melted, remove the pan from the heat and whisk in maple syrup. Once combined, whisk in chocolate lover, sea salt and vanilla. Whisk until shiny and well combined.
Pour chocolate into silicone molds or on a parchment lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour. Enjoy!

I am very impressed with Your Super superfoods. This brand third party tests their superfoods. Superfoods, to me, are foods that are very nutrient dense. Your Super mixtures are such an easy way to add superfoods to our smoothies and load ourselves with a variety of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
