Salad made with chicken sausage, lettuce, apples and pecans and dressed with a bit of orange sauce leftover from orange chicken mixed with mayo.

Tomato sauce made with tomatoes, onions, garlic, jalapeño, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil and lime juice.

Orange cake with an orange glaze from The Silver Palate Cookbook by Julee Rosso and Sheila Lukins. These were divine!

Hot dogs buns!! These were delicious, but I didn’t have enough time and didn’t proof them long enough so they lost some of their shape and went a little flat 🤷🏻‍♀️ Hubby insisted on peppers, relish, ketchup and mustard as the toppings!

Smoothie made with water, banana, tons of mixed greens, frozen berries, flax seeds, lemon juice, sea salt and collagen.
