I love my vitamix! I am absolutely obsessed with it. My vitamix can puree and blend just about anything. I grind flours with my vitamix (wheat berry flour, buckwheat groat flour and oat flour). I have been able to make the most amazing deserts super quickly because of it.

I use my vitamix for a lot of recipes on LooKitchen.com. Many of my recipes call for a vitamix, but another high powered blender should be able to do the trick. I don’t know, for sure, because I am a vitamix girl.
