Makes 1 large cup of coffee:
- 1 cup hot coffee
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (almond, pumpkin seed and cashew are my current favorites)
- Vanilla beans from a 1″ piece of vanilla or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: 1-2 tsp of maple syrup
Heat milk in a saucepan over very low heat until hot.
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender. Blend on high until well combined and frothy. Enjoy!
