Smoothie made with water, frozen pineapple, frozen strawberries, lemon juice, sea salt, evoo, collagen peptides and Your Super energy bomb and forever beautiful.

Leftovers and spinach dressed with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Leftover socca (an unleavened chickpea pancake), leftover chicken, black beans and veggies. I roasted some chickpeas in evoo with sea salt and smoked red pepper flakes.

Chickpeas, roasted purple sweet potatoes and kale (massaged and dressed in lemon juice, evoo and sea salt).

Chickpea tortilla topped with a pumpkin and kabocha squash sauce, chickpeas cooked in evoo, sea salt, kelp and chipotle pepper and pumpkin seeds. I served it alongside an avocado seasoned with lemon juice and sea salt.
