Loo Kitchen

• 2 cups milk (almond, pumpkin seed, oat, cashew and coconut are my favorites)
• 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
• pinch of sea salt
• 1/8 tsp vanilla
• a pinch of blue majik (I use e3Live brand)

1. Blend all ingredients together in a Vitamix (or another high powered blender of your choice).
2. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

*please use organic ingredients, if possible.
