Cinnamon Adaptogenic Coffee

I love incorporating adaptogens into our (almost) daily routines! Adaptogenic drinks are the absolute best way to “take” adaptogens.

Serves 2:

  • Hot coffee
  • 3 pinches of various adaptogens (I used lions mane mushroom, and a mixture that contains reishi mushroom, astragalus, ashwaganda, he shou wu)
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 TB coconut manna
  • 1 TB honey
  • a pinch of vanilla extract or beans
  • a pinch of sea salt

*please use organic ingredients, if possible.

  1. Brew some coffee.
  2. Combine coffee and the other ingredients in your Vitamix (or another high powered blender of your choice) until combined and frothy.
  3. Enjoy!
