I love incorporating adaptogens into our (almost) daily routines! Adaptogenic drinks are the absolute best way to “take” adaptogens.
- Hot coffee
- 3 pinches of various adaptogens (I used lions mane mushroom, and a mixture that contains reishi mushroom, astragalus, ashwaganda, he shou wu)
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 1 TB coconut manna
- 1 TB honey
- a pinch of vanilla extract or beans
- a pinch of sea salt
*please use organic ingredients, if possible.
- Brew some coffee.
- Combine coffee and the other ingredients in your Vitamix (or another high powered blender of your choice) until combined and frothy.
