How to use adatogens

Figuring out how to use adaptogens was a tiny bit of a challenge, they do not taste awesome and most of them have strong earthy flavors.

Making adaptogen drinks has been the best way for my husband and I to consume them, almost daily. These drinks are not the most delicious, but they are not bad either. You can taste a bit of earthiness (and a tiny bit of bitterness). I try to balance the bitter flavor with a bit of honey and vanilla.

Drinking one of these a day has become a habit, and over time, we got used to the earthy flavor of these drinks.  My husband and I have been taking adaptogens for over a year, and we definitely notice that we get sick less.
