This is a yummy breakfast!
Makes 4 servings:
- 4 cups water
- 1 banana
- 1/2 lemon
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 TB flax seeds
- 2 TB pumpkin seeds
- 3 TB green banana powder
- 2 scoops collagen
- 3 handfuls greens
- 4 cups mango
Add all ingredients in the order listed to your blender. Blend on low for 2 minutes. Turn up to high for 2 more minutes. Enjoy!
