Easy Chipotle Garlic Aioli

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup avocado oil
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp chipotle powder
  • Huge pinch sea salt

Add all ingredients to a jar that is just wider than your immersion blender (this won’t work if the jar is much wider than your immersion blender. You could still make this recipe using the blender method for making mayos and aiolis).

Add the ingredients in the order listed to your jar. Push the immersion blender into the jar over the egg and oil mixture until it hits the bottom of the jar. Turn it up to high and turn it on. Pull up as the aioli start to come together and continue to slowly pull up until it’s all mixed. Enjoy!
