Smoothie

4 cups water

1 banana

1/2 lemon

Pinch sea salt

2 TB flax seeds

2 TB pumpkin seeds

2 TB green banana powder

3 handfuls greens

3 frozen mango

Add all ingredients to a blender. Turn on low for a minute, turn up to high until homogenous.
