Smoothie

This is my favorite smoothie recipe! You can easily half this recipe.

4 cups water

1 banana

Pinch salt

1/2 lemon

2 TB flax seeds

2 TB pumpkin seeds

2 TB green banana powder

2 scoops collagen

3 huge handfuls greens

3 cups frozen mango

Combine all ingredients in your blender. Turn on low for a minute. Turn up to high for a minute. Enjoy!
