I love a green smoothie!
Makes 2-4 servings (can easily half the recipe):
- 4 cups water
- 1 banana
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Pinch sea salt
- 2 scoops collagen
- 2 TB sunflower seeds
- 2 TB sesame seeds
- 3 large handfuls greens
- 3 cups mango
Add all ingredients to your blender in the order listed. Blend on low for 30 seconds, then turn up to high until completely combined. Enjoy!
