Turmeric Orange and Lemon Juice

  • 3 large pieces of turmeric (about 3 cups), washed
  • 2 lemons, washed, skin removed and cut in half
  • 1 orange, washed; skin removed and cut in half
  • Cracks of black peppercorn

Add all ingredients to your juicer. I break the turmeric into little pieces with my hands. Juice into a jar of your choice (I used a mason jar) and crack a bunch of black pepper into the jar.

To drink, pour 2-4 ounces of juice into a cup and fill the rest of the cup with warm water.

*I stored this for 3 days in the refrigerator and my hubby and I had some everyday.
