Pickled Cabbage Side Salads

Here I pickled cabbage with vinegar, water, sugar and salt and combined it with arugula and chipotle aioli (avocado oil, egg, chipotle powder, garlic powder, lime juice and sea salt). I topped avocado toast with this mixture.

Here I combined frisée with carrots and pickled cabbage and tossed it with the same above chipotle aioli!
