Pizza Night

Pizza night! I made my favorite rustic pizza dough from The Bread Bible and topped it with a mystery sauce from the freezer, leftover thanksgiving turkey from the freezer and whatever kinds of cheese were in the back of the cheese drawer. I thought the sauce was going to be a tomato sauce, but it turned out to be a red pepper sauce. And one of the cheeses was definitely Swiss. I think the other was fontina. These were yum!
