This is one of my favorite pizza dough recipes from The Bread Bible by Rose Levy Beranbaum. I used stone ground flour from the farmers market, so this pizza had a rustic feel.
Pizza was topped with heirloom tomatoes, salami, fontina and cheddar cheese!
