Egg Bites

These are quick and yummy!

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 16 eggs
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Sea salt
  • 2 oz cheddar, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take out a muffin pan and drizzle it with extra virgin olive oil. Use your fingers or a brush to make sure each muffin cup is lightly coated with oil.

Whisk eggs in a bowl. Add sea salt, onion powder and garlic powder (season from the heart!). Add the grated cheese and combine. Using a dry measuring cup, portion scoop or ladle, pour the eggs into the muffin cups.

Bake about 30 minutes, until puffed and set. Remove from the oven and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Remove the egg bites and allow them to cool before placing them in the refrigerator or freezer.
