This is one of my favorite smoothie versions!
4 servings, lasts 24 hours in the fridge (you can easily half this recipe):
- 4 cups water
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 large banana (or 2 small ones)
- 1-3 handfuls greens (I used baby spinach leaves)
- 2-4 TB flax seeds
- 1 cup frozen jackfruit
- 2 cups frozen mango
Add ingredients to a blender in the order listed. Blend on high until well combined, enjoy!
