Mango and Banana Green Smoothie

This is one of my favorite smoothie versions!

4 servings, lasts 24 hours in the fridge (you can easily half this recipe):

  • 4 cups water
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 large banana (or 2 small ones)
  • 1-3 handfuls greens (I used baby spinach leaves)
  • 2-4 TB flax seeds
  • 1 cup frozen jackfruit
  • 2 cups frozen mango

Add ingredients to a blender in the order listed. Blend on high until well combined, enjoy!
