Some simple things I’ve made while my house has been under construction:
Smoothie made with water, banana, frozen berries, hemp seeds, walnuts, greens, lemon, sea salt and collagen.

Quesadillas with chicken sausage, bell peppers and goat cheese!


Smoothie made with water, banana, greens, mango, lemon juice, hemp seeds, walnuts, sea salt and collagen.

Tomato soup made with fire roasted tomatoes, roasted onions and garlic, roasted chili, extra virgin olive oil and coconut milk.

Some greens, roasted walnuts, sea salt and Parmesan cheese. To be tossed with balsamic and extra virgin olive oil.
And baked potatoes and eggs with sea salt, black pepper, lemon extra virgin olive oil and lots of smoked paprika.
