Smoothies made with water, frozen raspberries, banana, a tiny bit of leftover greens, sea salt, lemon juice and zest, flax seeds, chia seeds, walnuts, collagen peptides and Your Super moon balance!

Cinnamon and coconut sugar bread (made using Simple Mills artisan bread mix. I added vanilla, cinnamon, coconut sugar, sea salt and chia seeds). I topped the bread with chocolate hazelnut spread (Plant Academy) and bananas!

Kale and squash salad recipe from the Plant Academy! So yum!!

I used up my leftovers! Crust is Plant Academy corn pastry, the sauce is a to die for béchamel from Plant Academy, sautéed mushrooms and orange bell peppers (seasoned with sea salt and smoked chili) topped with a chard salad dressed in sea salt, lemon juice and zest, Brightland lemon extra virgin olive oil and black pepper. I added some dehydrated tomatoes (Plant Academy) and toasted pine nuts.
