This smoothie is so delicious!
Makes 2 servings:
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- juice of half a lemon
- 2 scoops collagen peptides
- 2 TB Your Super muscle power
- 2 TB coconut oil
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp vanilla beans
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender. Blend on high until well combined.
