Cacao Chia Pudding made with chia seeds, almond milk, coconut manna, sea salt, vanilla, cacao powder, dates, collagen peptides and maple syrup. I topped the pudding with coconut and cacao nibs.


Plum and Cinnamon Chia Pudding made with chia seeds, water, sea salt, vanilla beans, Neylan cinnamon, plums, lemon juice and zest, coconut manna and a tiny bit of manuka honey. Pudding is topped with blueberries, shredded coconut and ground almonds. Yummy!

Brown Rice Bowl made with roasted sweet potatoes, vegan pesto and brown rice. I tossed in arugula that I had seasoned with sea salt lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. I topped my bowl with an avocado seasoned with sea salt, lemon juice and hemp seeds.

Watermelon, kale and lemon drink with flax seeds, collagen peptides, sea salt and almonds.


Green smoothie made with kale, water, apple, frozen mango, sea salt, collagen peptides, lemon juice and flax seeds.


Craving cacao? I was, so I made a small batch of these brownies. I need to tweak the recipe a bit, but it will be coming to soon. I made these brownies with flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, cassava flour, cacao powder, sea salt, baking soda, vanilla, extra virgin olive oil and maple syrup. These were yummy!
