Algae Water

This green water is quick to make and is a great way to consume a bit of algae. Algae contains chlorophyll, protein, vitamins, and minerals. Sea salt contains trace minerals and electrolytes.

Serves 1:

  • 1 glass of water
  • a small pinch- 1/8 tsp of algae: chlorella or spirulina (use a tiny pinch if you are new to algae)
  • a small pinch of sea salt
  1. Fill a glass with water. Add algae and salt. Stir and enjoy!

*make sure to source good quality algae. I love Sun Potion and Terrasoul Organics.
