Strawberry and Mango Smoothie

This smoothie is a yummy and refreshing snack!

Makes 4 smoothies:

  • 2 cups coconut water (or filtered water)
  • 1 1/2 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mangos
  • 1/2 lemon or lime, juice and zest
  • 2 TB hemp or flax seeds
  • optional 1-2 tsp manuka honey
  • pinch of sea salt
  1. Add the ingredients to your Vitamix, or another high power blender of your choice, in the order listed and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Stores well in the refrigerator for 3 days.

*please use organic ingredients, if possible.
