Spinach and Mango Smoothie

This is one of my favorite smoothies!

Makes 2-4 servings, can easily half this recipe

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 banana
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Juice 1/2 lemon
  • 2 TB flax seeds
  • 2 TB pumpkin seeds
  • 2 TB hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp green banana powder
  • 2 scoops collagen
  • 3 handfuls greens
  • 3 cups frozen mango

Add all ingredients in the order listed to your blender and blend until homogenous. Enjoy!
