I love frozen coffee cubes! They are a great way to have iced coffee without ending up with a watered down cup of Joe.
Make a pot of coffee, allow it to cool. Use it to fill ice cube molds and freeze overnight.
- Coffee, chilled
- Milk (I used chocolate almond Malk for my coffee and whole milk for Hubby’s coffee)
- Splash maple syrup
- Splash vanilla extract
- Frozen Coffee Cubes (or hearts, in this case)
Add equal parts of coffee and milk to a glass. Add vanilla and maple syrup. Stir to combine. Add a handful of frozen coffee cubes. Enjoy!
