Mango and Spinach Smoothie

Makes 4 Servings:

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 banana
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 3 TB flax seeds
  • 1 TB pumpkin seeds
  • 3 TB ground green banana
  • 2-4 scoops collagen
  • 1-3 handfuls spinach
  • 3 cups frozen mango

Add the ingredients to a blender in the order listed. Blend on low for 2 minutes. Turn up to high and blend for 1 minute. Let is sit for 1 minute and blend on high for 1 final minute. Enjoy!!
