Leftover cornbread with some scrambled eggs and a smoothie made with water, banana, greens, lemon juice, sea salt, frozen berries and flax seeds.

Egg, arugula and cheese sandwiches! I made a chipotle aioli to go on the sandwich (avocado oil, egg, chipotle powder, garlic powder, sea salt, apple cider vinegar and mustard).

Sweet potatoes and eggs with arugula!

Smoothie made with water, banana, greens, lemon juice, sea salt, flax seeds, jackfruit and frozen tropical fruit. I served this with smashed avocado rice cakes.
