Eats: Breakfasts and Lunches

Chard tossed with lemon juice, sea salt and extra virgin olive oil. Topped with a tempura pancake, tomato sauce (roasted onions, garlic, tomatoes, chili and tomatoes, sea salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil- recipe coming soon) and cheese. Yum!

Smoothie made with water, banana, mixed frozen berries, kale, sea salt, lemon juice, flax seed, collagen and peanut butter.

Overnight oats and chia seeds with blueberries, lemon juice and zest, cinnamon, vanilla, sea salt and coconut milk.

Tempura pancake, tomato sauce and scrambled eggs. Topped with some greens tossed with sea salt, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil.

Smoothie made with water, banana, kale, frozen tropical fruit, flax seeds, lemon and collagen.
