Here are some of our eats from the holiday break. I definitely did not take a picture of everything and I don’t remember exactly what ingredients I put in each dish. Normally, I take pictures and write down all ingredients as I make various dishes, so it’s ready to post to LooKitchen. But since I was on vacation, I did not!
Sweet potato and apple bake made with an egg and flour dough made from some of the Italian flour I bought.
Things I forgot to take pictures of:
- Chuck roast bake with the same egg and flour dough and pesto. The braise was made with wine. And I forgot to take a picture of it!
- Smoothie made with water, banana, frozen berries, spinach, arugula, lemon juice, sea salt, Brazil nuts and collagen peptides.
- And the most delicious pizzas made with Rose Levy Beranbaum pizza dough recipe from The Bread Bible.
- Granola butter and chia seed muffins with chocolate!
Chocolate smoothie (banana, spinach, flax seeds, whey protein, water, cacao and vanilla) bowl with granola (Pumpkin spice granola butter granola- recipe coming soon!).
And leftover thanksgiving turkey pot pie (crust made with brown rice flour) that I had in my freezer! So yum!!
