Chocolate breakfast muffins made with chia seeds, water, egg, maple syrup, vanilla, sea salt, chocolate granola butter, almond flour, arrowroot powder, baking soda, oats and collagen. I topped the muffins with a square of Hu Kitchen salty chocolate. These are so delicious! Recipe coming soon.

Soup made with onions, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic, potatoes, cabbage, carrots, apple, water, cashew milk and lemon juice and zest. So yum!

Protein bites made with apple pie granola butter, cinnamon, maple syrup, vanilla, sea salt, whey protein powder and The Coconut Cult vanilla yogurt! So yum!!

Little protein muffins! The base of the muffins is a granola butter crust recipe I’m trying out (granola butter, butter, egg, vanilla, sea salt, almond flour, arrowroot powder and baking soda). The topping is made with peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, sea salt and chocolate whey protein powder.
