Eats: Breakfasts and Lunches

This cinnamon banana and blueberry smoothie is absolutely delicious!! Made with water, kale, banana, frozen blueberries, lemon juice and zest, flax seeds, chia seeds, collagen, walnuts and cinnamon! I topped the smoothie with some honey cinnamon pumpkin seed granola (oats, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, ghee, honey from the farmers market, sea salt, lemon juice and zest, vanilla and cinnamon)!

Smoothies made with water, banana, kale, mixed greens, sea salt, orange juice, frozen mixed berries, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds and collagen. I topped the smoothies with some honey granola made with oats, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, honey, ghee, lemon juice and zest and sea salt.

Celery juice and hubby birthday leftovers for lunch. Sandwich (homemade bread 🥖 ❤️) spread with a garlic scape parsley sauce (kind of a play on a chimichurri), Primal Kitchen chipotle Mayo and topped with smoked Gouda and skirt steak. We also had some leftover popcorn (made with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt). Yum!!

Lettuce and pumpkin seeds tossed with sea salt, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic. Rice, an egg and chicken sausage. Yum!
