Smoothie made with water, banana, apple, Mizuna, frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries, sea salt, lime juice, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, collagen peptides and Your Super energy bomb, forever beautiful, moon balance and muscle power.

Lettuce, green peppers, pumpkin seeds, rice and beans. All dressed with sea salt, lime juice, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.

Socca (unleavened chickpea pancake) topped with roasted kabocha squash, greens, pumpkin seeds, almond milk ricotta, lemon and extra virgin olive oil.

Hubby requested chicken noodle soup, so that’s what I made!
Chicken noodle soup made with chicken, onions, carrots, garlic, avocado oil, noodles, Bonafide Provisions chicken stock, sea salt, black pepper and lime juice.
