Eat Plants: Breakfasts and Lunches

This is some leftover smoothie from the previous day (often, I double my smoothies and store the extra servings in the refrigerator for the next day). This smoothie was delicious and made with cherries, berries, spinach, pecans, flax seeds, lemon juice, collagen peptides, sea salt and Your Super energy bomb, forever beautiful, muscle power, vitamin c and moon balance.

Smoothie made with water, mango, plum, cherries, strawberries, arugula, grapefruit juice, sea salt, collagen peptides, flax seeds, chia seeds and Your Super energy bomb, muscle power, vitamin c and moon balance.

Quick salad made with mixed greens dressed in sea salt, grapefruit juice, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil and The Coconut Cult immunity potion. Salad is topped with rice, pumpkin seeds and Chomps jalapeño beef sticks.

Mixed greens and massaged kale dressed in sea salt, lime juice, The Coconut Cult immunity potion, apple cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Salad is topped with roasted black beans, rice and walnuts. Yum!

Warm salad with green lentils and hemp seeds. The mixed greens are dressed in sea salt, The Coconut Cult immunity potion, coconut aminos, extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar. I made a little avocado toast on AWG Bakery mini rolls to go with our salad.
