Green Smoothie

3 cups water

1 banana

1/2 lemon

Pinch sea salt

2 scoops collagen

2 TB green banana powder

2 TB sunflower seeds

1 TB sesame seeds

3 handfuls greens

2 cups frozen pineapple

1 1/2 cup frozen mango

Add all ingredients to blender in the order listed. Turn on low for a minute, then turn up to high until homogenous. Enjoy!
