Pizza made with my favorite pizza dough from The Bread Bible. I topped the pizza with tomato sauce (tomatoes, onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, pepper, roasted red chili powder and white wine vinegar), roasted chicken, pepper jack and mozzarella.
