A Snack and Two Lunches!

Pumpkin Spice muffins and bars made with oat flour, arrowroot, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove, allspice, pumpkin, egg, coconut sugar, vanilla, coconut milk, butter and walnuts. The crumb topping consisted of oats, walnuts, coconut sugar, butter, vanilla, maple syrup and sea salt. Yum!

Soup made with chicken, sesame oil, avocado oil, green onions, ginger, garlic, chicken stock, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili, hot honey, sea salt, black pepper and ramen noodles!

Chicken salad made with chicken, homemade mayonnaise (egg, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, mustard and avocado oil), cherry pepper hot sauce, lemon juice, sea salt, cucumber, peppers and chard.
