Eats: Breakfasts and Lunch

Smoothie made with water, banana, arugula, frozen tropical fruit, frozen blueberries, lemon juice and zest, sea salt, flax seeds, pecans and collagen peptides.

Baked oats and chia made with oats, chia seeds, almond butter, pecans, collagen, maple syrup, water, banana, coconut palm sugar and Hu Kitchen chocolate gems! So yum! I topped these with a bit of leftover pumpkin syrup!

Cabbage and potato soup! My hubby is not a fan of cabbage, so I’m always trying to find ways to make it enjoyable for him. This is the second time I’ve made a soup like this and it was a big hit, he absolutely loved it! Soup is made with extra virgin olive oil, onions, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, garlic, green apple, water, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika and lemon juice.
