Smoothie made with water, banana, frozen cauliflower, sea salt, walnuts, flax seeds, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, maca and Your Super chocolate lover and chocolate protein.

Lunch in a hurry yesterday! Spinach tossed with coconut aminos, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. Topped with smoked paprika roasted tofu and a white rice patty.

Chicken, rice and green beans. Habanero hot sauce! Yum!

Leftover chickpea and rice pasta tossed in a caramelized onion and roasted butternut squash sauce. 

Simple Mills pumpkin muffins with vanilla and cashews added! I topped the muffins with glaze made using vegan cream cheese, maple syrup, sea salt and vanilla!

Sweet Laurel brownie bites (the best brownie recipe ever!!!!). I took some of the batter and folded in some almond flour, so some of the brownies were more “cake like”. So yum!!
