My first take at a new recipe I worked on over my holiday break. This will be one of a few Granola Butter recipes that I will be releasing this year (because I am obsessed with it). Kween and Co Granola Butter and Chia Seed Muffins!
Muffins made with Kween and Co granola butter, chia seeds, water, honey, egg, vanilla, cinnamon, sea salt, almond flour, arrowroot powder, baking soda, apples, lemon juice and zest and walnuts.

This was insane! I love Simple Mills baking mixes! When I don’t make it myself, I only use Simple Mills mixes for cakes/muffins/breads. They are the best!!I made their banana bread mix (with some chia seeds, ghee, vanilla, sea salt and cinnamon added) and stuffed and topped it with a walnut cinnamon coconut sugar mixture and more walnuts.

Take two of Kween and Co Granola Butter and Chia Muffins!
These were so yum! Ingredients: granola butter, chia seeds, egg, honey, walnut flour, arrowroot, baking soda, sea salt, vanilla, cinnamon, apples, lemon juice and zest and walnuts!

A lunch I made last week with leftover steak, mushrooms, onions, snow peas and brown rice. It was yum! I cooked the veggies in avocado oil with sea salt and black pepper and added a tamari, coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, lime juice, smoked chili, honey and almond butter mixture at the end of cooking. I topped the bowl with some pumpkin seeds.

Simple Mills pizza crust topped with an avocado mash (with lime, sea salt and chili), scrambled eggs and micro greens.

Leftover caramelized onion and squash sauce with rice and beans. I topped the bowl with pumpkin seeds.
