This week, I ran out of Good Mylk and had to make my own plant milk for the first time in months. I have been using Good Mylk hemp and almond milks since covid started. I wanted to show extra support for small businesses that align with my beliefs during this challenging time. I have completely fallen in love with their milks. They are delicious, quick and easy (no soaking, blending and straining). The ingredients are water, hemp seeds or almonds and sea salt. They taste just like when I make my own nut/seed milk, but without all the work!
