Irish Spiked Coffee

This was so yum! On St Paddy’s day, hubby and I like to make a spiked coffee!

One day ahead I made: coffee ice cubes (pour coffee into ice cube trays/molds and freeze) and coffee to chill in the refrigerator.

I poured a shot of Irish whiskey in the coffee and topped the coffee with a sweet chocolatey milk (milk, cacao, sugar, vanilla and sea salt). Enjoy!

Coffee, Breakfast and Lunch

Coffee made with French press brewed coffee and frothed almond milk with cacao powder, sea salt, coconut sugar and vanilla!

Smoothie made with water, spinach, chard, lemon juice, sea salt, flax seeds, banana, frozen jackfruit, frozen tropical fruit and collagen.

Chicken salad made with chicken, rice, bell peppers, chard, lemon juice, cherry pepper hot sauce, salt, pepper and homemade mayo (egg, lemon juice, mustard, sea salt, apple cider vinegar and avocado oil).

Coffees

Purity coffee shaken in a cocktail shaker with ice, milk and vanilla beans and extract!

Mochas shaken in a cocktail shaker with ice, milk, coffee, cacao powder, brown sugar, vanilla and sea salt!

Coffee mix with coffee, cacao powder lions mane, vanilla bean powder, grated cacao paste and an adaptogen mixture from Sun Potion!

Shaken vanilla coffee made with above coffee mixture, milk, honey, vanilla and coffee!

Coffee and Tea

I was inspired by mint mochas we got from a coffee place near us. I made some pour-over coffee (infused with mint) directly in a pitcher with cacao powder, coconut sugar, maple syrup, vanilla beans, vanilla extract, sea salt and lions mane. I let it sit in the fridge overnight and served it over ice with milk (almond for me and whole for hubby). This was yum!!

Jasmine green tea and dandelion root tea brewed with honey!!
